The peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached a destination that 17 points have been agreed completely, but new requirements are made for the signature of the already agreed document.
The diplomatic reconciliation of the parties with dangerous messages disrupts the Azerbaijani side again, hinted that some key issues to sign the peace document, however, remain unresolved for Azerbaijan. Baku expects serious obligations from Yerevan, and without fulfilling these obligations, the signing of the peace agreement is simply impossible.
The Azerbaijani side clearly notes that there are important issues that must be made by Armenia until signing.
And what are the half-steps of Ilham Aliyev, from Armenia to take Armenia to make real progress in the peace process? Armenia must change its constitution, in fact, not demanding other Azerbaijani tastes and, accordingly, refuses Azerbaijan from territorial claims and further struggle.
According to Aliyev, the current Constitution of Armenia still maintains provisions that do not recognize Azerbaijan's sovereignty, that is, there are a provision of Artsakh's security, according to Aliyev, which is the biggest obstacles to the peace process.
In addition, President Aliyev said that Armenia should be held accountable for "occupying" and "exploit" by the formulation of the Azerbaijani side, "Provide compensation for the restoration of destroyed cities and villages."
Long-term and stable peace is impossible without the just solution of the "crimes" in the Karabakh war. According to him, the Azerbaijani side has reiterated that Pashinyan expects to extradite Azerbaijan during all the people who have participated in all the wars of Artsakh and considers Aliyev to "commit suspects against Azeris."
Aliyev believes that any Armenian man who took advanced and self-defense battles against him is a great risk for peace in his revenge.
That's why Nikol Pashinyan should support him and to all those Armenians, volunteered freedom fighters and young people. Baku clearly states that it is more important to take important steps to implement it, but not only to have a text agreed on the peace agreement.
As long as "Armenia's territorial claims have not been completely eliminated, this country does not accept the legal responsibility of military crimes against Azerbaijan, and the issue of compensation is not resolved," the signing of the peace agreement does not seem realistic. Although the current text consists of 15 articles, Armenia must fulfill these requirements to sign it.
The Azerbaijani side has openly stated this and said that the process will continue only in these conditions. The Azerbaijani side also states that the peace agreement is ready for signature, but opening the terms of the signing ceremony, which is expected to perform, otherwise Azerbaijan appreciates the whole effort.
It should be reminded that the Armenian Foreign Ministry stated the RA citizens, the peace agreement is ready to sign, and that the Armenian side is ready to start consulting with the signing of the document signing with Azerbaijan.
