France welcomes the announcement of the successful completion of the talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the peace agreement, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs spoke about this.
"France welcomes the statement on the successful completion of the talks on the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. France hopes that the agreement will be signed as soon as possible. The normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, based on respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty, will allow the South Caucasus to become a zone of peace, integration, cooperation, and for the benefit of the peoples of the region, "the statement said.
The successful completion of the talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan was also welcomed by the President of France Emanuel Mcon.
