"Of course, we must take into account all the signals, but it seems to me to focus on the actions and concrete steps," he said, speaking about the relations between the Russian Federation and the United States.
"Not because we don't want to believe the best, but because we have already witnessed, unfortunately, the words are deviating from the case or the meanings included in those words are distorted," Zakharova added.
