The Ministry of Finance presented a new project with one of the non-made projects involved at the March 13 sitting of the Government, which proposes to undo the decision to submit a mandatory declaration of individuals.
The project is proposed to cancel the use of the universal declaration system of individuals within part of Article 156 of the RA Tax Code.
At the same time, it is proposed to establish that before the law enters into force of the income annual income (statements) of individuals cannot be used within the administration carried out by the competent state authorities.
