Nuclear forces must communicate at the negotiating table, not shell each other, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, commenting on Moscow and Washington's dialogue.
According to the Foreign Minister, there are countries that can have a significant impact on the fate of the whole world, as they are military nuclear powers and carry special responsibility.
They should not shout at each other, instead they sit at the negotiating table and communicate about how cowboys behave in Hollywood movies.
The Foreign Minister also called the illusion that Russia is now changing, turning from East, China, India and Africa.
