Spain calls for a stop to arms exports to Israel


Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez called on the international community to stop arms exports to Israel as soon as possible due to the escalating situation in the Middle East. “I think that in light of everything that is happening in the Middle East, it is necessary for the international community to stop exporting weapons to the Israeli government,” he said at a press conference after meeting Pope Francis at the Vatican.
