A. As a fatherly urge of the Catholicos of All Armenians to apply to Ruben Vardanyan, to stop a deadly hunger strike, which has already had a certain political influence. The time of other ways of struggle will pass, each of our compatriots, the God-given life and health of our compatriots are expensive for all of us. We are convinced that Ruben Vardanyan and the whole Armenians are waiting for the power of prayer, as a guideline of the Light of God.
B. We are aware that by the fair trial of our compatriots who are tortured in Baku prisons and the right to release the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to fight for false accusations for the fight for Artsakh's self-determination. Your greatest international reputation, sister churches and Islamic states and spiritual leaders will make serious progress in the difficult path of resolving this national issue.
