In particular, the mentioned officials in August 2024, through the administrative leader of one of their settlements, received a bribe of 150,000 AMD to distribute a auction-sale of the same settlement.

D. was charged with paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 435 of the RA Criminal Code with Article 435, Clause 1 and Part 2 of Article 435 and Part 1 of Article 435.
