The Indian Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has first demonstrated the full machete of the VM-04 hygonized ballistic missile in the Armenian arms exhibition and presented its technical characteristics.
According to The Times of India, the solid fuel rocket is equipped with a slider head that can reach more than 5 pieces of hydropause speed. The weight of VM-04 is 11.5 tons, the length is 10.2 m, the range is 400 to 1,500 km.
The rocket is equipped with internal satellite navigation system and a regular warhead that weighs 500 kg, the accuracy of the target reaches 30 m.
In November 2024, the Ministry of Defense of India announced the first testing of the domestic hypocrisy missile with 1.5 thousand km.
