The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated by a 22-year-old resident of Yerevan regarding the case of hooliganism with the use of weapons near the administrative building of Nor Nork administrative district has been completed.
Earlier, the RA Investigative Committee informed that in 2024 on February 19, in the direction of the administrative building of the residence of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, located at the address of building 19, Gai Avenue, Yerevan, the rear window of a "Nissan Tida" car owned by an individual parked in the parking lot, as well as the adjacent "H.Danielyan School of Art" Criminal proceedings have been initiated and a preliminary investigation is being conducted in order to find out the circumstances of the incident, which caused public interest, when shots were apparently fired at the glass of the first floor located in the rear of the ANAC.
As a result of the investigation and administrative operations carried out in the investigative department of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative regions of the investigative department of the city of Yerevan of the investigative committee of the RA investigative committee, it was found that in 2024 On February 19, between 19:45 and 22:55, a 22-year-old man, going to a military store with a friend, bought 3 "Gamo", "Quarta", "Borner" pistol cartridges. a gas cylinder. Then they went in his "Nissan Sentra" car to the area adjacent to 19 and 17 Gai Avenue in Yerevan.
A 22-year-old young man, showing disrespect for society or an open disregard for legal or moral norms, with the urge to emphasize his own perceived advantage, with a demonstrable disregard for the rules of coexistence, with an air gun held by him, first while walking on the street, then several shots while driving a car to release As a result, the windows of the administrative buildings of the Nor Nork administrative district and "H.Danielyan School of Art" NAOC, the rear window of the "Nissan Tida" car parked in the adjacent parking lot were damaged, and the offices of the SP company and the Nor Nork administrative district were also obstructed. normal work, creating an atmosphere of fear and anxiety among the latter.
The investigation also revealed that the 22-year-old man illegally acquired and kept ammunition for AK-74 caliber 5.45 mm assault rifle, its modifications and RPC-74 hand machine guns, which were found at his residence. with a search of the place.
In addition, the 22-year-old man, without the intention of selling, for his personal use, acquired and kept in about 7 separate packages of considerable size, with a total constant weight of 4.91 grams, of the drug "Marijuana", which was found in the possession of the latter. with the search of a Nissan Sentra car.
Based on the obtained sufficient facts, the 22-year-old resident of Yerevan was charged under Article 297, Part 3, Article 335, Part 1, and Article 396, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
The preliminary investigation has been completed and the materials of the criminal proceedings, with the indictment, have been sent to the supervising prosecutor for confirmation and sent to the court.
