China has launched an investigation into some fiber-optic products from the United States on suspicion of bypassing anti-trial activities, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said.
"The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to investigate anti-wavelengths imported from the United States since March 4, 2005, suspected of bypassing anti-diagnosis measures used in the United States," the department's website said.
It is clarified that the investigation will last for six months and can be extended if necessary.
