Spain Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares believes that it is premature to talk about the deployment of peacekeeping forces in Ukraine.
"Spain has never deviated from any real peacekeeping mission," the diplomat said in an interview with Telecinco.
"It seems to me that it is premature to talk about peacekeeping forces when there is still no peace, and when we still do not know whether some people call peace, the minister added."
