In this context, reliable reports of torture and inhuman treatment of Armenian captives and inhuman treatment of Armenian prisons and former Artsakh Minister Ruben Vardanyan and others in the courts are deepening and approved by concerns.
In particular, the gross violations of the international rights of Armenian prisoners of war, including a fair trial have achieved such extent that the minimum justice expectation is missing.
In addition, reports of torture and inhuman treatment are already documented.
The Union of Judges of the Republic of Armenia will continue to consistently raise these issues within the framework of international partners and send addressing issues to ensure the protection of justice and human rights.
