The picture is the moment of voting for that proposal. As you can see, in addition to my oppositionists (two others are not shown), two deputies of the European Parliament voting for the proposal, and the CP members are against.
In other words, the Europeans were in favor of the proposal condemning the Armenian Genocide, and the CP members were against.
