Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Schmigal has said that Kiev does not consider signing an agreement on mineral resources with the United States without including security guarantees.
"We do not consider the signing of any agreement on security guarantees," he said on Rada TV.
The Ukrainian representative will sign this preliminary agreement. "After Vladimir Zelenki and US President Donald Trump agree on security guarantees on how we connect this preliminary agreement with our country's security guarantees, the Ukrainian representative will sign this preliminary agreement," Schmigal clarified.
