Ankara considers the relations and discussions of Ankara with Moscow against the background of the difficult international situation, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated earlier.
"Turkey is one of the main targets of the United States due to the Kurdistan project with the desire to strengthen control over energy paths between the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf.
