"Based on the Prosecutor General's Office of February 25, 202555 and guided by Part 3 of Article 165 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia, the Supreme Council:

1. To note that the powers of the suspended, the place of judge Garnik Stepanyan, a judge of the Court of Appeals, will be vacant since February 25, 2025.
2. Considering the fact that there is no residential deposit judge in the Court of Appeals in the Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals has 1 (one) vacancy in the Court of Appeals.
