"Hovik Aghazaryan's newly formed party has not yet been registered in the State Register of the Ministry of Justice, but there are reports that they are going to apply to the early elections in Gyumri on March 30. Yesterday we asked Aghazaryan, you will participate and who will lead the list.
"We are currently under discussion, and in the coming days the department will make a final decision on the format or non-participation of the Gyumri Council of Elders elections," he said. "Yes, we still have no registration, but if it makes a decision to participate in the board, we will find technical solutions."
