One of the victims was hospitalized already in St. Petersburg.

Before this, it was reported that in Moscow a car fell into the river on the Marc Chagall embankment near the River Plaza business center. The passengers managed to leave the car and left in an unknown direction. There was a fuel spill at the scene of the accident. Subsequently, the Toyota car, which demolished the fence on the embankment in the south of Moscow, was lifted from the water with the help of special equipment. The owner of the car has 75 fines for traffic violations.
