The anti-corruption court, presided over by judge Vahe Dolmazyan, is in the closing stage of the case examination.made a decision to replace Arusyak Aleksanyan with house arrest as a preventive measure in the amount of 25 million drams, combined with a ban on absence and administrative supervision.
As a condition of administrative control, the court prohibited Arusyak Aleksanyan from communicating with the accused Erik Aleksanyan and Tamara Petrosyan.as well as with the latter's defenders.
