In January, 461 taxpayers were found to have violated the cash register rules. SRC


The State Revenue Committee informs that monitoring activities are continuing to identify cases of violation of the rules of using the cash register machine. The use of a control cash register is mandatory when selling goods to the public.to pay with cash or payment cards while providing a service or performing work,including in the case of accepting an advance payment or partial payment. The SRC urges taxpayers to show tax discipline and refrain from violating the requirements of the tax legislation. It is announced by the SRC.

At the same time,The committee informs that during the month of January 2025, 461 cases of violation of the rules for the use of cash register machines were recorded and a fine of about 220.6 million drams was imposed.

Out of the recorded violations, 27 taxpayers had 1 in 27 cases.0 million drams and more fines in the amount of around 64 million drams. In cases of violation of the rules for the use of cash registers, fines of 1.0 million drams and more were recorded in the following areas of actual activity:

4 taxpayers were fined 4.44 million drams in 4 cases at the gas station.
clothes1 taxpayer was fined 1.24 million drams in 1 case in the fields of shoe and fabric trade, gas station,
A fine of 1.53 million drams was recorded for 1 taxpayer in the fields of public catering (with and without event halls) in 1 case.4.7 million dram fines were recorded for 3 taxpayers in the field of public catering (does not have a banquet hall) in 3 cases.
A fine of 21 million drams was recorded for 2 taxpayers in the fields of bread or bakery production and grocery store in 2 cases.1 taxpayer was fined 1.2 million drams in 1 case in the field of liquid and solid fuel trade.
A fine of 8 million drams was recorded for 1 taxpayer in the fields of liquid and solid fuel trade, car maintenance and/or car wash, auto spare parts trade, in 1 case.
trading of liquid and solid fuels,A fine of around 1.24 million drams was recorded for 1 taxpayer in the grocery store sector in 1 case.
A fine of 16.67 million drams was recorded for 10 taxpayers in a grocery store.
A fine of 1.4 million drams was recorded for 1 tax payer in the fields of meat production, meat trade and gas station.1 tax payer was fined 1.2 million drams in 1 case in the field of economic goods store.
in other sectors, a fine of 1.3 million drams was recorded for 1 taxpayer in 1 case.
At the same time, the Committee informsthat in the lists of taxpayers who violated the rules of the cash register application, the results of the possible administrative or judicial challenge of the inspection acts were not taken into account.
