Special lists of particularly valuable and exceptionally important museum collections will be created for their protection and evacuation in emergency situations or during martial law.
"There are museum objects in museum collections,which have a special value and exceptional importance from the historical, scientific, cultural, educational point of view, and from the point of view of their preservation and security, the definition of special contracts is required.- stated in the justification of the decision.
The purpose of the decision is to define the common criteria for inclusion in the museum collection of special value and exceptional importance of RA, which will also enable scientists and researchers to find important sources for research and scientific studies.
