Diana Ghazaryan, Head of the Protection of the Rights of Freedom of Freedom, paid a working visit to the "Artik" and "Vanadzor" penitentiaries of the Council of Europe.
The main purpose of the visit was to study the areas of institutions where the pattern of the Council of Europe will be established with the support of the Council of Europe with the support of the Council of Europe. Tsovinar Tadevosyan and Diana Ghazaryan considered possible options and solutions on the spot.
A tour of the areas of institutions, where the convicts involved in the paid work have been carried out and are still under construction, in the quarantine building, short-term and long-term visiting rooms, in other areas of residential areas.
Renovated areas have also been studied. It should be added that the above-mentioned works in "Artik" penitentiary institution also carried out the prisoners who took part in the "Construction Skills" course organized by the RA Center for Legal Education and Rehabilitation Programs.
Thanks to this educational program for the reconsideration of prisoners, the convicts, gaining new skills, have received the opportunity to use and reward them in practice.
