In an interview with Financial Times, the head of the European Council Antonio Costa stated that Europe should participate in the talks on Ukraine to discuss the new security architecture, which should take into account the "global threat."
According to the politician, Europe must participate in the negotiations on the conflict settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. According to Harda, talks between Moscow and Kiev are needed, but the Ukrainian conflict is also connected with European security.
"Europeans must be the main actor in creating new security architecture. It's not just about Ukraine alone. During these talks about new security architecture, we must take into account that Russia is a global threat, not only for Ukraine, "he added.
