The announcement was made during the Memorial in the Memorial held at the Berlin Kayzer Wilhelm Church, Meduza reports.
According to Navalaya, the award will be presented every year on June 4, Alexei's birthday. The prizes will be provided to people who initiate "the brightest mass initiatives" as an example, as one of the first anti-corruption projects in Navalny.
"It seems to me that we have stopped paying attention to public initiatives. They are lost, they have difficulties, and so on. And every year on June 4, Alexei's birthday, I want to hand over this award, "Navalaya said.
