Elon Musk has announced that it is necessary to stop the activities of Radio Liberty and the Voice of America. They are spending meaningless money on them. It is difficult for me to say with certainty whether these two media outlets will suffer the same fate as USAID.
As a rule, I have always been against the closure of media outlets and, to be honest, I would be sad if the Armenian service of Radio Liberty were to be closed.
Even if I disagreed with the editorial policy of Radio Liberty in some cases, I have always highly appreciated the professionalism of its journalists.
On the other hand, Trump's return to the White House was, in fact, a conservative revolution, electorally, which could fundamentally change Washington's foreign policy, rendering obsolete the tools that the United States has used for decades.
This is also a reality that is difficult to ignore.
