"Where are you seeing dictatorship in Armenia?" Such a rhetoric issue is voiced by the Minister of Eeconomics Gevorg Papoyan in a conversation with journalists.
In his opinion, some forces in Armenia are intentional to direct the authorities to the prime minister, his family members and members of the government, and then be accused of dictatorship.
"He will win who will remain faithful to democratic values," he said, assuring that it will not succeed, and the authorities will continue to go their way.
