Garnik Danielyan, a member of the NA "Hayastan" faction, raised the fact that Javakhk Armenians who have dual citizenship, but by Georgian passport and driver's license are enament by patrols.
"This is an unfair approach. The lack of the Armenian driver's license should not be the basis for fining Javakhk Armenians.
I applied to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and the state relevant bodies, to resolve the mentioned issue, demanding the process of imposing the process of penalizing the Armenians in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
In response to my publication, today they reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the two-governments will be able to travel in Armenia for another month's driver's license.
The answer, unfortunately, does not dispel our concerns. The question arises as to what a one-month period will solve. If it is possible to travel with another country's driver's license for 1 month, why is it possible to allow for indefinite traffic?
I will continue to pursue the issue of Javakhk Armenians who have Georgian passports and driver's licenses in Armenia without any obstacles, "Garnik Danielyan wrote.
