Once again, the court eliminates the decision to terminate the criminal prosecution in the case of Sosi Khanikyan. This was reported by lawyer Tamara Baghdasaryan.

It should be reminded that 35-year-old Sosi Khanikyan died in the evening of March 1, 2010 as a result of a tragic rage registered on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan. The driver did not escape, and helped him to move the girl to Armenia Medical Center, where she died without regaining consciousness.
