Rafael Grossi, General Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said it was in Ukraine.
"I am at the electric substation of Kiev, which is an important part of Ukraine's energy system, for the need for nuclear security," Grossi wrote.
It should be noted that the IAEA recently reported that the Zaporozhile NPP is scheduled to change staff. According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, there was a rotation of personnel at the Katnitsk nuclear power plant in January.
In his turn, Rosatom leader Alexei Likhachov said that Grosses intends to visit Russia in the first half of February to hold consultations on the security of nuclear facilities.
