The convict was found guilty according to Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Criminal Code (Participation in the Terrorist Community), according to Article 30, Part 2 of Article 205 (Preparation of terrorism), according to Article 222, Part 4 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, delivery of explosives), which was carried out by the organized group).
