The court established that, from March 2022 to June 2024, the corporal took part in hostilities on the side of Ukraine at various points of combat as a mercenary. For the specified actions, he received a reward equivalent to more than 1.9 million rubles.
"Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced Desyatnik in absentia to 10 years of imprisonment with serving the sentence in a strict-regime correctional colony," the release states.
