RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed details of the telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the press conference.
According to him, it was a conversation about the launch of the EU's accession to the EU and the Current Cases and bilateral statements in the EEU.
"It is a fact that the citizens of the Republic of Armenia have collected more than 50,000 signatures and raise a specific question to the National Assembly and the government, which meets the statements of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. I expressed my conviction that people will collect 50,000 signatures, and 300 thousand.
And if the National Assembly refuses the law, we must go to the referendum for a while, because the constitutional settings are clear, "said Pashinyan, saying that Russia has some concerns about the process.
"Our conversation, our relations have never been and will not be in the language of threats.
This is a conversation, negotiations, we express positions. It is obvious that Russia has certain concerns.
It is that we also have some concerns about Russia's positions and politics, that is a fact.
That we continue to have a dialogue with Russia, that is a fact. That will continue to deepen relations with the EU, that is a fact, "Pashinyan said.
