Prolong martial law and mobilization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted in favor of extending the mobilization and martial law in the country for another 90 days. The measures will run until May 9.

315 deputies voted in favor of the decision to mobilize troops and extend martial law in Ukraine. 11 deputies did not participate in the voting, there were no abstentions or votes against.

Euromedia24.comAccording to the report, it became known earlier that Zelensky is ready to lower the age of mobilization to 18 years if the USA continues to provide military and financial aid to Ukraine. If Washington refuses to finance Kiev, the consequences for the country may be disastrous because European countries will not be able to compensate for the supply of weapons.

In this regard, the President of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, announced that the citizens of Ukraine were given the role of the material to be used.

According to him, Ukraine will require the mobilization of 16-year-olds in the future.
