The former president of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, may suffer the fate of the leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Journalist Diana Panchenko stated this on the X social network, commenting on the former head of state's words that he still considers himself the president.
"I will not be surprised if at some point you have to share an office with Zelensky, who will lead Ukraine remotely, thinking that he is still the president," the Ukrainian journalist wrote. At the end of December, the elected president of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, officially assumed the post of president.
His predecessor, Salome Zurabishvili, refused to recognize the results of the elections and did not want to leave the presidential residence until the end, but she did and joined the protesters.
