Dear residents,
Many thousands of our friends from Artsakh who have settled in the Masis community,
Today we stand at the threshold of the New Year, full of hopes and expectations, but also with concerns, because the challenges are the same, the security issues remain unresolved.
Today we are closing the last page of 2024, summarizing the work done and the recorded achievements.
Despite the existing difficulties, as a result of consistent and cooperative work, in 2024, a number of projects of community importance were implemented in the Masis community, as a result of which one or another problem, which was considered intractable for years, was completely solved in different settlements of the community.
The implementation of community protection programs will continue during 2025, contributing to the development and strengthening of the community.
However, more than community or personal problems, each of us is worried about the situation in our country, the existing challenges.
Dear compatriots,
On the eve of the New Year, I wish you to be resilient and full of faith. We have no choice, because thousands of immortal Armenians have given us a different message. we are obliged to preserve the land protected by their blood. We must finish their unfinished business. We must believe that the Armenian people, who have overcome many trials, will celebrate victories again.

Let 2025 be the year of achieving goals, positive changes, restoration of hope and faith, peace and victories.
