On his Facebook page, the former head of the staff of the Constitutional Court, public figure Edgar Ghazaryan recalled the statement of the former head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borel, that Nikol Pashinyan is the first leader of RA, who accepted Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.
"Nikol Pashinyan should also invite Borel, Charles Michel, Emmanuel Macron, Olaf Schultz and Ursula von der Leyen to a debate," Ghazaryan wrote.
Let's remind that in 2023, during the discussion of the situation in the European Parliament regarding the blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh by Azerbaijan, Borel stated that both sides (Armenia and Azerbaijan - ed.) recognized each other's territorial integrity in specific manifestations, and for the first time and probably very important is the fact that Armenia and Karabakh were included in the territory of Azerbaijan".
"This is the first time that the leader of Armenia, in this case Pashinyan, expresses it in such an unambiguous way," Borel noted.
