Davit Arushanyan, newly appointed governor of Shirak, gave a speech of welcome on the occasion of his appointment.
"As you already know, by today's decision of the government, I was appointed the governor of Shirak. I will start work in my native region with great responsibility and love, as in the previous region, and now, I will serve for the development and strengthening of our country.
I am sure that with compassionate and professional people we will be able to solve many problems and bring prosperity to the residents of our region. I once again express my deep gratitude to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for his trust and faith. I also thank the members of the government.
Shirak is a region with great potential and broad prospects for development, and the path our government has is to develop our country proportionally, I will try to continue and strengthen it in Shirak, of course, with a reliable team and partners.
