Armenia has actually already left the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and will leave it de jure after Washington's agreement, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with VGTRK and RIA Novosti.

"Armenia is clear where it is going. He has de facto left CSTO.

The only reason they haven't left de jure is that they haven't gotten permission from the State Department yet. As soon as they get it, they will leave," said Aliyev.
