US President-elect Donald Trump announced that he did not invite the President of Ukraine to his inauguration ceremony scheduled for January 25.

At the same time, he emphasized that he is ready to welcome Volodymyr Zelensky, if the latter decides to participate in the event. This was reported by DW.

Trump also stated that he continues to actively work towards ending the war in Ukraine, noting that there is "little progress" in that process.

He noted that he is ready to communicate with the presidents of Russia and Ukraine in order to stop the war. Trump called on Zelensky to prepare for an appropriate final agreement.
