Russia warns Israel's "applicants of hasty actions" regarding the situation in Syria "not to be fooled by the existing situations" and reminds that the annexation of the Golan Heights is categorically unacceptable. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said this in an interview with the TASS analytical center.
The deputy minister was asked which external players are present "behind the scenes" of the situation in Syria.
"The United States is undoubtedly under consideration," answered Ryabkov. The annexation of the Golan Heights, which many are talking about now, is categorically unacceptable. Israel must return to the full implementation of the famous 1974 agreement with Syria.
