This is concrete work, black work, complicated by the way, but this is the most important work, if you will, the real hero of this historical stage.
The other option is easier: to wait and invent a leader.
But the birth of a leader is possible only and only after the moderation phase. Today's environment will not produce leaders.
As soon as a public consensus for changes is formed as a result of moderation and the machine serving that idea is formed, one after another individuals will be formed who will make a serious bid for new leadership. The process will go so smoothly that we will be surprised to ask "were these people on our side, how could we not understand?" We need a mediator now. Mediator of internal processes.
We don't even listen to each other. we are divided into tribes, audiences, and we don't listen to the other, the neighbor. Our state degradation is so deep that we have turned into something like Libya, where instead of political systems, institutions, there are groups, processions, tribes, etc., which must be brought to a consensus on what - to solve which question.
We fool ourselves that we have political institutions, parties, party life, or politics in general. As a first step, we should start listening to each other.
This will lead to de-escalation within the country, which will dramatically increase our state resistance. If we don't do it, one day unknown thugs will enter our country from somewhere and stay here forever.
It will be so fast that we won't even understand what happened. So, moderation is the most important thing in 2025, and the moderator is the real hero, who should not have any personal interest in it.
The name of the person (or group of people) who will do the intra-Armenian, intra-Armenian mediation will be written in golden letters," the post says.
