The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the appointment of Viktor Liashko as deputy health minister and Inna Solodka as state secretary of the ministry.
The relevant resolutions have been published on the Government portal on December 24.

"To appoint Liashko Viktor Kyrylovych as deputy health minister of Ukraine,” reads the document.

Under another resolution, Inna Solodka has been appointed to the post of state secretary of the Health Ministry for a term of five years from December 28, 2019.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers on October 12, 2019 appointed Inna Solodka as acting state secretary of the Health Ministry. She previously headed the law department of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre. She is a former colleague of Andriy Pyvovarov, the head of the law department of the Health Ministry headed by then Minister Raisa Bohatyriova.

Prior to his new appointment, Viktor Liashko worked as the first deputy director general of the Public Health Center.
