Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Vladyslav Krykliy met with Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. of the United States Embassy in Ukraine William Taylor.
The meeting was held at Mariupol Sea Commercial Port on October 30, according to the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry.

The parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in maritime, river, railway, aviation and road sectors, as well as opportunities for investment in infrastructure projects in Ukraine.

Krykliy thanked Taylor for the political, diplomatic and military support provided to Ukraine, and noted that the domestic economy was gradually growing, despite aggression from Russia.

In turn, Taylor noted that the United States was interested in the economic and political success of Ukraine. He also focused on the positive pace of restoration of Ukrainian roads, in particular, the rapid construction of the Mariupol-Zaporizhzhia highway.

As Ukrinform reported, Infrastructure Minister Vladyslav Krykliy stated at the Unity Forum in Mariupol on October 30 that the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry was considering the possibility of transferring Mariupol Sea Commercial Port and Berdiansk Sea Commercial Port into concession.
